"Damage control"

That time of the year....your birthday! Therefore, a nice, rich dessert sounds like a must be. And, I did! Made a wonderful tiramisù, full fat, full sugar! Planned for sharing at lunch time, I've tried to think of a suitable for keeping under control the not so very healthy effects the tiramisù would bring.
I prepare in a big tupperware a salad, mainly made of greens:
100 gr chicken
a lettuce heart
around 50 gr white cabbage, and then I've filled up to the top with fresh celery.
Enriched flavours with turmeric, black pepper and dried oregano. A light dressing with olive oil, lemon and salt.
It was a big portion, able to fill me up. In that way, control the portion of a rich dessert was not that difficult!
We all need, once in a while some "deviations" ;)
