Post training smoothie

Ingredients:
1 whole orange
150 gr Greek yogurt 0%
1 teaspoon oat
4 almonds
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon maca root powder
1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
Splash of water

Just blend and keep cool :)
If it is hot, I like to add 1-2 ice cubes so after training it will be fresh1
