Rabbit on slow cooker

Ingredients:

1 rabbit in small pieces

1 tablespoon olive

1 bay leave

3 berries juniper

3 small carrots

Salt

1 tablespoon water


Put the olive in the slow cooker and brush it around the bottom and wall of the slow cooker. Cut the carrots in small pieces and put in the slow cooker. On top, add the rabbit, add salt, berries, bay leave and water.

Cook on slow for 8 hours.

Plate the rabbit. Keep all cooking liquid (it is a wonderful stock)

rabbit, green salad, mushroom, borlotti beans and a piece of wholemeal bread
