Turkey and lean beef burgers

Ingredients:

300 gr turkey mince
200 gr lean beef mince
30 gr grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon English mustard
3 jar roasted peppers (in olive oil) (plus 1 table spoon of the jar oil)
Pinch of salt
Black pepper
In a big bowl put all the ingredients and combine starting with a wooden spoon and finishing with your hands. Divide the mixture in 5 equal parts (if you have wet hands it is easier to shape the burger.

In a big pan add the oil from the jar of roasted peppers (if you roasted your own pepper, use olive oil). Cook the burger at least 5 minutes each side.
Now build your meal!

For example, I prepared lunch boxes (for the freezer and the day after) adding some roasted vegetables (a mix of butternut squash, fennel, celeriac, brussel sprouts, with just a bit of olive oil, salt and black pepper). 30 gr black beans and 40 gr (cooked weight) of mixed quinoa
