Here with a generous portion of white cabbage salad (half of your plate).

A tomino wrapped in speck (2 slices) and pan fried without any grease.

Baked for 15 minutes 1t 200° C degrees a Portobello mushroom, stuffed with 20 gr of cheddar and a slice of speck in small pieces.
