Colourful, balanced fishy lunch!

Fairly quick, colourful lunch (usually more colours in your plate means more micronutrients fro you!). Taking advantage from my freezer: salmon fillet with vegs and sourdough oat bread (https://www.tittifood.com/post/1-oat-sourdough-mixture-for-2-sourdough-pizza-and-bread)

Ingredients:
120 gr salmon
30 gr sourdough oat bread
300 gr steamed cauliflower
250 gr peppers
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
parsley
1 kiwi.
Slice the peppers and cook in a apn with oil, garlic and parsley for about 15 minutes. In the meantime steam the cauliflower.
Cook the salmon in a no-sticky pan with the lid on for 2-3 minutes each side.
