Best post workout snack

Ingredients:
small banana (60-70 gr)
80 gr 0% Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon roasted peanut butter
Blend!

I do add few tablespoons of milk and/or water to make it more drinkable! Ideal when you don't workout at home: ready to drink at the gym :)
