Breakfast with colours

Eating many colours means we feed our body with different micronutrients, more polyphenols = good stuff for our overall wellbeing.
So let's start from breakfast!
140 gr Greek yogurt 0% mixed with 1/2 teaspoon root Maca powder, 1/2 teaspoon Spirulina powder, 1/2 teaspoon unsweetend cocoa powder.
1 peach
6 almonds
10 gr oat porridge
80 ge berries.
I completed my breakfast with a nice warm cup of latte.
