Fruity breakfast

It might sound odd, but I really like the combination of cold fruit and the warmth of the omelette!
White eggs are a great, lean source of protein, coolek with extravergin olive oil (one of the best source of fat) and fruits: here a nice mix. Fruits will provide the required sugar intake for your breakfast, with the plus of their water, vitamins and minerals contents.

Ingredients:
4 white eggs (or 120 gr)
1 1/2 tablespoon extravergine olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Mixed fruits: passion fruit, berries, kiwi, banana (about 100 gr) and plum.
230 ml milk with coffee.
In a pan heat the oil, then add the sesame seeds: after 30 seconds add the white eggs and cook around 5 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other side.
