Bresaola and goat cheese

A fresh and perfectly balanced meal

Ingredients:
60 gr bresaola
30 gr fresh goat cheese
250 gr white cabbage
50 gr black beans (cooked weight)
Dressing: 2 tablespoons extravergine olive oil, half lemon juice, pinch of salt and black pepper.
1 slice toasted of wholemeal sourdough (this was homemade :) ) bread
