Crunchy fresh salad as a perfect complement for warm, fried pan turkey breast.

Ingredients:

130 gr breast turkey

1 tablespoon extra vergin olive oil (cooking the turkey breast)

70 gr black beans

200 gr chinese cabbage

Dressing for the salad: 2 tabelspoon extra vergin olive oil, pinch of salt, pinch turmeric, 1/2 lemon juice.

1 apple.
