Lemon glazed chicken bites with poppy seeds

Chicken breast is a good source of lean protein, and it doesn't mean it is boring to eat!

Ingredients (meal for 3):

400 gr diced chicken breast

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp oat flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp Macaroot powder

4 tsp poppy seeds

1 lemon

To complete each plate:

80 gr borlotti beans

300 gr green cabbage salad

(dressing: salt, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and parsley)

30 gr wholemeal bread (I used sourdough bread).

In a bowl mix the flour with the spices, toss in the chicken breast. In a non-stick pan add the oil and when hot add the chicken. Let cook each side roughly 3 minutes. Keep tossing while is cooking. Add the juice of the lemon at the last minute. Toss to glazed all the chicken bites.
