Edamame mini burgers

Ingredients (1 portion): 180gr edamame beans (steamed) 40gr cooked chickpeas 5gr + 5gr oat Salt, pepper, turmeric 1 tsp English mustard

40 gr steamed cauliflower

Small fruit

Blend edamame and chickpeas with half of the oat, spices and English mustard. Add some water if needed. Make two big or 4 small burgers; in a pan put olive oil and the rest of the oat, cook the burger on each side until golden.

I completed my meal with a slice of pineapple and a piece of papaya!
