Here how to make a dinner from a meat stock (see recipe under 'General recipe')

Here I had 2 carrots and 1 celery stem, from the stock, a total of 120 gr of meat (some hen and some beef), and 100 gr baked aubergine (cut in thin sliced and baked at 200°C for about 13 minutes).

While waiting for the aubergine:

a nice cup of stock with a fist of toasted rye bread diced.


So tasty!
