Pan fry salmon and crispy chickpeas

Ingredients:

130 gr salmon fillet

70 gr chickpeas

pinch of cumin and coriander

black pepper

small piece of wholemeal bread

lots of mixed salad (dressing: olive oil, lemon juice and pinch of salt)

2 tablespoon olive oil


In pan put 1 tablespoon of olive oil, place the salmon, cover with a lid and then switch the hob on. Cook with the lid on for 6-7 minutes, then remove the lid and flip the salmon to allow the creation of a crispy surface.

In the meantime, in another pan, warm the remaining olive oil with the spicies for 1-2 minutes. Add the chickpeas and keep stirring until they are crispy and golden.


Complete the meal with a small fruit
