Veal steak and pumpking potage

Ingredients:

130 gr veal steak

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Salt and black pepper

60 gr black beans

2 ladles pumpking potage (see recipe: https://www.tittifood.com/post/pumpkin-potage)


In a pan heat the oil and cook the steak for couple of minutes each side, add salt and black pepper. Once the steak is ready, plate it and heat the black beans in the same pan: here all the juices from the meat will go into the beans = great flavours!

Heat the potage and serve with the steak and beans
