Chicken stock and white chicken salad

Perfect for winter evenenings, a nice bowl of light and warm chicken stock.

I prepared my stock using the bones of a whole chicken cooked in the slow cooker (https://www.tittifood.com/post/chicken-slow-cooker), with a carrot, an onion and a piece of celery. But it can be prepared with a piece of chicken too.


Ingredients:

90 gr cooked chicken breast (I put half in the stock and half in the salad)

1 carrot (from the stock)

50 gr celeriac sliced

100 gr white cabbage sliced

Dressing: 1 tablespoon olive oil, half lemon juice, salt, black pepper and turmeric


Dessert:

1 orange and 70gr Greek yogurt with half teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
