Edamame, black beans, quinoa and warm tomino

Ingredients:
1 tomino
1 orange
50 gr edamame beans
60 gr black beans (cooked weight)
40 gr mixed quinoa (cooked weight)
Garlic and chilli flakes
1 tablespoon extravergine olive oil
In a pan heat up the oil with garlic and chilli flakes, then add quinoa, and beans. Keep stirring for few minutes.
Meantime, heat up the tomino in a pan with the lid on.
