Lean burger with vegetables

Ingredients:
one lean burger (see recipe: https://www.tittifood.com/post/lean-burger-and-white-cabbage) topped with some ground rosemary and sage
300 gr mixed roasted peppers
200 gr roasted celeriac
2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil, salt and black peppers for roasting your vegetables (180°C oven for about 30 minutes).
Complete with a glass of wine (about 125 ml) and a small fruit.
