Middle morning and, yes it’s time for a snack!
Plenty of choices!
Sometimes, I really like overnight oat. Yes, something typically thought for breakfast can be a nourishing middle morning (or afternoon, why not?) snack! Like as a breakfast, but smaller. Just layer up all the ingredients as tidy as possible or...maybe not :)
I really love frozen berries. They are always in my freezer. Cheap, available all year around, full of nutrient and very versatile. Of course fresh berries, especially if directly pick up from the plant are amazing, and most suitable for some dishes. But, in my opinion, we should not underestimate the frozen one. And in this recipe they work really well! While they are thawing overnight, they enrich oat and yogurt with their juice, and everything is perfectly blended together! And the peanut butter…well…what are you waiting for? Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Ingredients:

140gr of Greek yogurt
25gr of porridge oat
1 teaspoon of roasted peanut butter
a good fist of frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds.
