Banana Pancake

Here a recipe with sugars and fats (often too high in pancakes) kept under control, and balanced with proteins, without sacrificing the taste (there are delicious believe me :) )


Ingredients:

1 medium size ripe banana (around 90-100gr)

2 teaspoon grounds almonds

15 gr porridge oat

1 egg

140 gr Greek yogurt (better if 0%)

few chia seed for topping

2 tablespoon olive oil


Smash the banana with a fork, add the egg and slightly beat. Add the almonds and oat. In a jot not-sticky frying pan add the olive oil; spoon gently the dough in the pan (you should make 3 medium size pancakes out of this portion). Let the pancake cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes and the gently flip them. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Put in a plate and top with the yogurt and chia seeds.
