Creamy porridge

One of my favorite breakfast: porridge!
I like it quite creamy, and with roasted peanut butter, yum!
I’ve tried in the past, but I don’t like mixing any kind protein in my porridge, hence I have to find another way to add the right amount of proteins to my breakfast.
Today I’ve chosen Greek yogurt! What a wonderful ingredient
Rich in flavor and colors, this breakfast it also quite filling. What an amazing way of starting the day!
What I did:
I put in a bowl oat with milk. Let the microwave do the hard work for a couple of minutes. Then, add half of the chia seeds, frozen raspberries and a roasted peanut butter (just peanuts!!!).
To complete, Greek yogurt with chia seeds and a little dust of cocoa powder.
Let me tell you, how the raspberries thaw whilst stirring….divine

Ingredients:
30 gr oat
190 ml semi skimmed milk
tsp chia seeds
tsp roasted peanut butter
6 frozen raspberries
140 gr Greek yogurt
A dust of unsweetened cocoa powder
