Salmon and crispy beans

Ingredients:
125 gr salmon
40 gr beans
small pieces wholemeal bread
3 big fists of green mixed salad (dressing: 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, pinch of salt)
pinch cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
40 gr pomegrante
40 gr mango
Put the salmon in a pre-heat oven (200°C) for around 12-15 minutes.
In a pan put the oilve oil and cayenne pepper, leave for a minute and add the beans, keep stirring untill warm and slighlty crispy.
