Canned salmon, quinoa and vegetables soup

Ingredients:
1 canned salmon (125 gr)
50 gr cooked mixed quinoa
1 slice toasted sourdough wholemeal bread
A big bowl of vegetable soup: (in my soup there was a mix of cabbage, pumpkin, beans, celery, tomatoes)
Fresh parsely and extravergin olive oil on top.
