Ingredients:1 mackerel fillet (about 100 gr)70 gr haricot beans (or any other kind of beans)1 lemon slice1 teaspoon olive oil
In a pan heat the beans with the oil (I kept some liquid from the can), pinch of salt and black pepper.Steamed the mackerel (I did in the microwave) with a slice of lemon of top
For salad:70 gr lettuce1 handful radish200 gr celery50 gr grated celeriacDressing (1 tablespoon olive oil, red wine vinegar, pinch of salt, black pepper, turmeric)
Dessert:60 gr Greek yogurtsprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder
