Mackerel, haricot beans and crunchy fresh salad

Ingredients: 1 mackerel fillet (about 100 gr) 70 gr haricot beans (or any other kind of beans) 1 lemon slice 1 teaspoon olive oil

In a pan heat the beans with the oil (I kept some liquid from the can), pinch of salt and black pepper. Steamed the mackerel (I did in the microwave) with a slice of lemon of top

For salad: 70 gr lettuce 1 handful radish 200 gr celery 50 gr grated celeriac Dressing (1 tablespoon olive oil, red wine vinegar, pinch of salt, black pepper, turmeric)

Dessert: 60 gr Greek yogurt sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder
