Smoked trout and salmon with vegetables

Ingredients:
50 gr smoked trout
50 gr smoked salmon
200 gr mixed steamed cauliflower
around 2-3 tablespoons of each: pumpkin, celeriac and red onions (roasted with a tablespoon of extravergine olive oil, rosemary, pich of salt and black pepper for 30 minutes at 180°C)
dressing: half juice of a lemon, whisk with a tablespoon extravergine olive oil and few rose peppercorn slightly smashed
1 little slice of toasted wholemeal sourdough bread
