Soft ricotta ham pancake

I had this idea when I discovered 50 gr of ricotta left in my fridge; still good, but probably better cooking it.

Ingredients:
50 gr ricotta
50 gr ham
1 tbsp extravergin olive oil
2 tbsp porridge oat
1 egg
spices: turmeric, cayenne pepper, paprika
To complete the breakfast: 1 apricot, 1 donut peach, few raspeberries (thanks to my lovely garden) and few blueberries. And a nice cup of latte.
In a smal pan heat the oil and slightly fry the ham. In a bowl mix the ricotta with egg, oat and spices, then add the ham. Cook in the same pan for 2-3 minutes each side (better with a lid).
