Two colours omelette

Ingredients:
120 gr white eggs (or 1 egg + 60 gr white egg)
1 tsp extravergin olive oil
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tsp maca root powder
1 kiwi
50 gr papaya
1 slice toasted homemade sourdgouh wholemeal bread
1 tablespoon smashed avocado
chilli flakes
120 ml semi skimmed milk

Put half of the white eggs in a bowl and add the spirulina powder; put the other half (or the egg) in another bowl and add the maca root and Chia seed. Gently combine with a fork.
Heat the oil in a pan: gently pour the two eggs mixture, one on the left side of the pan and one on the right side (this will create the two colours effect). Cover with a lid a cook over a gentle heat until the omelette is ready.
Serve with fruits and avocado bread.
Complete with a nice cup of milk!
